- A portfolio of work that showcases top user experience and visual design skills.
- Ability to create sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, prototypes, and written documentation, and organize them into libraries that are easy and enjoyable for other designers to use.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Software, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe XD preferred.
- Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project.
- A passion for design and changing the lives of our customers is a requirement.

Web Developer
You will be working on many projects and participating in the development of modern web applications. Taking a concept or design and developing it quickly and effectively.
Duties and Requirements:
- 2+ years of development experience focused on web application building, testing, and maintenance using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Custom module development as needed to complete projects requirements
- Work with other team members on problems, but also individually as required by the project.
- Passion for writing fast and maintainable custom PHP and JavaScript/jQuery while ensuring backend performance best practices.
- Occasional advanced HTML assistance for content managers and advanced email blast builds that require more knowledge of HTML.

SEO Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing ROI by managing all aspects of Search Engine Optimization activities such as keyword research and strategy, content management and strategy, and link building; as well as administering our Search Engine Marketing campaigns on all major Search Engines and search networks such as Bing, Google, and Yahoo.
Duties and Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven SEO experience.
- Perform keyword research, discovery, and optimization
- Optimize our landing pages, according to industry standards
- Execute tests and collect and analyze data to identify SEM trends and insights
- Research and analyze website analytics and PPC/CPC initiatives and campaigns
- Manage SEO budgets and perform cost calculations for monthly campaign expenses
- Design and implement SEO recommendations
- Analyze competitor advertising campaigns and links, and use this data to recommend improvements for our SEM campaigns
- Implement new link-building strategies according to research and findings
- Work closely with the development team to implement best practices in coding
- Research and analyze content creation strategies

Support Specialist
Must have excellent communication skills both over the phone and by email. Well organized with a positive attitude. Qualified candidates will answer inbound calls, e-mails, and/or live chats from customers requesting to place orders or inquire about the status of their orders.
Candidates will be responsible for cross-selling and up-selling coordinating products and services, responding to general product inquiries and resolving customer concerns related to customer orders.
Duties and Requirements:
- Answers inbound calls, e-mails, and/or live chat from customers across multiple brands
- Places orders for customers requesting to order products by phone.
- Cross-sells and up-sells coordinating products.
- Answer inquiries related to products and procedures for ordering through the internet, mail, or phone channels
- Resolves issues associated with customer orders, including outbound calls, emails, or letters to assist in resolution.
- Handles customers with a positive demeanor, attitude, and with professionalism.
- One-year previous call center and sales experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret Sales and Service Procedures/Training Manuals, computer applications, instructions, etc.
- Must be articulate and speak fluent, grammatically correct English.
- Ability to speak effectively and professionally with customers.
- Able to type 15 WPM, both alpha and numeric, with an accuracy of 95%.
- Detail-oriented customer focus.
