A local care business with a personal mission

Silver Showers Senior Care provides in-home, non-medical hygiene assistance for seniors. Based in Bellaire, Michigan, the business serves Northern Michigan, including Antrim County, Gaylord, and Traverse City. Its services include bathing assistance, dressing and basic hygienic grooming, and non-medical family caregiver training.

AP Web Tech created a website that brings those services, the business's approach to care, and a way to request assistance together. The focus is on helping seniors and families understand the care available before starting a conversation.

The visitor's question

Can this business help me or my family member, does it serve our area, and how do we ask about care? Those questions matter when choosing support for a sensitive, personal need.

The design response

Plain-language service descriptions, an emphasis on dignity and comfort, visible Northern Michigan coverage, and direct paths from service information to the contact page.

The delivered experience

A WordPress website with dedicated Home, Services, About, and Contact pages, plus a care inquiry form that asks about location, assistance needs, care frequency, and contact preference.

Helping families understand the right fit

The homepage identifies the service as non-medical personal care and explains that support takes place in the senior's home. The Services page separates bathing and grooming assistance from family caregiver training, giving visitors a clearer picture of what they can ask about.

The About page explains the business's care philosophy and caregiving background. This gives families context beyond a service list without asking the website to replace a personal conversation about suitability.

A more specific starting point for care inquiries

The Contact page asks visitors for their city and ZIP code, the assistance they need, how often they need care, and how they prefer to be contacted. These fields give the business context for a follow-up conversation instead of relying only on an open-ended message.

Clear services and local context

The website names the business, describes its specific services, and connects them with Bellaire and the Northern Michigan service area. Separate service, business-background, and contact pages organize those details for visitors and provide distinct pages that search engines can discover.

This case study documents the visible website experience, not a search-ranking or AI-visibility result. No traffic, lead-growth, or conversion figures are attributed to this project without supporting analytics.

What service businesses can take from this project

For a local service business, a useful website answers practical questions: what you offer, who you help, where you work, why someone should consider you, and how to get in touch. Silver Showers brings those answers into a focused website for seniors and the people helping them find care.
